My subscription renewed today and I do not want the service for next month. Can someone please help me get my $20 back, I cant afford this subscription!

Thanks for contacting us for support. I am glad to inform you that your subscription payment has been successfully refunded - it may take up to 10 working days to appear on your account. Your subscription has been cancelled and your account has been downgraded, as per your request.

You can always upgrade your account again by accessing your Dashboard > Settings > Subscription.
