I have recently closed down an account that was charged a “Gold” membership. I’m writing this literally a couple hours after getting charged the monthly fee. Am I able to get refunded since I will not be using the account anymore?

Unfortunately, the subscription must be cancelled before an account is deleted to avoid any future charges. I have attempted to search for any payments from your email address and unfortunately I was unable to retrieve any payments associated to that email address. Can you please send us a screenshot of the transaction details on email@example.com so that we can further inspect/resolve this issue for you?
