PayPal needs further configuration

Hey everyone, I have been trying for weeks to link my business PayPal to my airbit. I have an ongoing support ticket in relation to this. I have setup IPN, PDT, and currency conversion correctly and have followed the steps in the airbit PayPal tutorial to a T. I still get the message that my PayPal needs more configuration. I was wondering if this had happened to anyone in the community and if anyone could offer any solutions? Thank you!
P.s. I have a confirmed bank account on my PayPal as well
