Good evening, I recently paid for a subscription that I thought was charging me by the month but it took out a payment for the whole year. How can I get a refund of $199?

I am glad to inform you that your subscription payment has been successfully refunded - it may take up to 10 working days to appear on your account. Your subscription has been cancelled and your account has been downgraded, as per your request.
You can always upgrade your account again by accessing https://app.airbit.com/subscription > Choose your preferred plan > Click “Switch Plan”.
